These Terms of Use govern your use of executivevision360.com, our forms, our gatherings, and our communications. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About Executive Vision 360
Executive Vision 360 is an independently organized executive community led by Nick Paez. Certain events are hosted at Insperity facilities. Unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized Insperity representative, Executive Vision 360 and its activities are not sponsored, operated, endorsed, or administered by Insperity. The opinions of Executive Vision 360, its members, speakers, and guests are their own.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our forms or attend our gatherings.
Applications and membership
- Membership is by application and is complimentary for accepted members.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, an interview, or a seat at any gathering.
- Applications are reviewed personally. Any scoring or sorting we use is only a review aid. Every decision is made by a person.
- Guest visits are by invitation, and a guest RSVP is not membership approval.
- We may decline, pause, or end participation at our discretion, including for conduct that doesn't meet our community standards.
Community standards
Everyone contributes. Nobody pitches. By participating, you agree to:
- Not use gatherings, introductions, or member information to sell or solicit without permission.
- Respect the confidentiality of what is shared in the room.
- Treat every member, guest, and speaker with respect.
- Not record conversations without the consent of everyone involved.
Events, photos, and recordings
Gatherings may be photographed or recorded for approved highlights. By attending, you agree that you may appear in photos taken at the event. We publish names, quotes, and company logos only with permission, and we'll remove an image of you on request. Event dates, venues, speakers, and formats may change.
SMS Terms
Program: Executive Vision 360 text messages about your application, upcoming gatherings, reminders, and related updates.
- How you join: by checking the text message box on our application and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of membership or attendance.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP, or contact us using the details below.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Website content
The Executive Vision 360 name, logo, design, text, and images on this site belong to Executive Vision 360 or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content or branding without written permission.
Your submissions
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Please don't submit confidential, proprietary, or highly sensitive information through our forms.
Other websites and resources
Our site may link to other websites, such as photo galleries or speaker sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Any professional resources, introductions, or opinions shared through Executive Vision 360 are for informational purposes.
