Who we are
Executive Vision 360 ("Executive Vision 360," "we," "us") is an independently organized executive community led by Nick Paez. This policy explains how we handle information collected through executivevision360.com, our forms, our events, and our communications.
Executive Vision 360 is independent. Certain events are hosted at Insperity facilities. Information you submit to Executive Vision 360 is collected by Executive Vision 360, not by Insperity.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Membership applications: name, email, mobile number, company, role and position, annual revenue range, team size, years in business, industry, your written answers, attendance preference, referral source, and your consent choices.
- Update signups: first name, email, and the updates you choose (podcast, Annual Summit).
- Events: RSVP and attendance information, and anything you choose to share with us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How we use it
- To review membership applications and contact you about them.
- To plan gatherings, manage seating, and send event details and reminders.
- To send updates you've asked for, such as podcast and Summit announcements.
- To make introductions you've asked for or agreed to.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website, and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the text message box on our application and provide a mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Executive Vision 360 about your application, upcoming gatherings, reminders, and related updates. Consent is not a condition of membership or attendance.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes only the text messaging service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

We email you about your application, events you're invited to or registered for, and, if you opt in, occasional updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We may still send transactional messages about an application or event you're part of.
How we share it
We share information only as needed to run Executive Vision 360:
- Service providers who work on our behalf, such as our website host (Netlify) and our customer relationship and messaging platform (HighLevel). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Introductions you request or agree to, limited to what's needed for that introduction.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our community.
Membership and directory information is never sold or given to resource providers or sponsors for their marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Our public site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Event Manager used by our team stores a temporary sign-in in the browser session. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy first.
Do Not Track: because we don't track visitors across sites, our site responds the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Event photos and recordings
Gatherings may be photographed. We publish only approved highlights, and we publish names, quotes, and company logos only with permission. If you'd prefer not to appear in published photos, tell us at the event or contact us and we'll remove the image.
How long we keep it
We keep application and contact information while you're an applicant, member, or subscriber, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires otherwise.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, and limits on who can see application information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send highly sensitive information through our forms.
Your California privacy rights
If you're a California resident, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it.
- Not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

Children
Executive Vision 360 is intended for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
